Hello,

Doing a D365 marketing training and working with a trial version of D365 marketing. Only issue I have is that the language is set to Dutch.

Does anybody know where i should go to change the language to english? Training materials are in english.

I went to /tools/MuiProvisioning/Dialogs/LangSelection.aspx and set it to english, but nothing happened (yet?).

    Hey!

That's correct.  Base language as Base currency are provisioned upon environment creation and can't be changed. You can install additional languages and then change. As a result, for the out of the box/standard labels, you'll see the translations. However, for customized forms/labels/entities, or the content (a specific address or note on a contact), information will display on the language it was introduced.

    Regards

    Hari,

Thanks. Got these on English, but i want all in english. But apparently i cannot change the base language. The base language is set during the Dynamics 365 installation process. You can’t edit this option.

    Hi mhoekstra ,

Please verify if you have the System Administrator or System Customizer security role or equivalent permissions to update the setting.

Follow the instructions on the link below to change to your preferred language.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../enable-languages.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.

    Best Regards,

    Hari
