Chart question with baseline

D365 - I need some help with reporting of metrics related to sales activity / including setting up ‘activity’ baselines (ie 30 calls a day). How can I create a chart with a baseline measure / line at 30 for daily calls, then show actuals via line chart.

Can this be done, if so, how?

Have you looked at Goal functionality? You should be able to do pretty much what you have put as requirement.

You can define Goal Metrics, and assign individual goals based on goal metrics.

Hi Adrian - the data would come from our system.  How would I set this up though?

    Hi USA80,

Are you currently recording this data in your system or can you obtain this information from a combination of data? e.g. check how many calls a user has made in the past 24 hours to determine if they have made 30 calls or not. Once you have this information you will be able to display it on a chart.
