How to include Subject value in Case Edit Timeline Portal Comment

When a CSR addes a Portal Comment to an active Case in CRM, the comment appears in the Customer Service Portal Case Timeline, but, only the To, From and Description fields are displayed. How do I include the "Subject" field as well?

    Hi

    I'm afraid this is by design, those are the only fields that are displayed on the timeline.

    Feel free to add this requirement for future releases.
