That did not quite answer my question.
I am using Diamond Software (Canada) & Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010
Diamond Software says that the Inventory Module is Microsoft, and they don't have an answer for me.
I should have included that I also need to see where the items went,
Example with Part # 1G8878 filter
May 1, 2013 I issued 1 to Asset # 845
June 5, 2013 2 Issued to Workorder/project # Division 1
October 14, 2013 I issued 9 to Asset 053A.
Total of 12 used in 2013
Total of 14 used in 2012 Etc.
I can use the inquiries suggested, and manually calculate the total used for the year, but was hoping for a report or Inquiry to do that for me.
Because I am not using the system to sell anything, The Inventory cards don't record these transactions.
Looking for a report or inquiry that will include the following fields;
Item #
Qty issued
Date of Transaction
Item cost at the time of the transaction.
Asset (Equipment) or the Work Order / Project issued to.
Total that was received from the Vendor
Date received from Vendor
Vendor Name that i bought the filters from
Price paid for each filter.
I would like to be able to filter the transactions by date ( how many did i use in 2013 or 2012), or any of the fields above .
