Purchase Order for Multiple Outside Processes

I have a "released item" that requires two external processes to be produced.  How can I have AX automatically trigger the generation of both production orders, receive the "released item" into stock for the first production order and relieve from stock the "released item" from the production order.  The goal is to automate this process vs having manufacturing and supply resources chasing items and purchase orders.

    Automatically trigger would not be possible in Standard without development.

    Some Microsoft AX Partner have a module for that for external production as in Standard you can not do that automatically
