Business Portal use for SL 2015

Hi All, was wondering, is there a way to upgrade to DSL 2015 but still keep Business Portal for the time being until we can slowly convert end users to Web Apps? The other question is can we use SL 2015 Web Apps with DSL 2011. The real issue here is training our 2000+ Timesheet users to use something entirely different.

I understand this, but surely it should be a gradual transition? This according to our business will not fly and will stop us from upgrading to SL 2015 :-(

You cannot use SL2015 WebApps with SL2011; you can, however, evaluate using SL2011 WebApps with SL2011.  As far as I understand, BP will not work with SL2015.

You can also create an SL2015 Test environment, including SL2015 WebApps, for training and upgrade purposes, prior to a live upgrade.  This is a recommended approach anyway....
