Hi,

Under Admin for office 365 I've removed the Dynamic license for 8 users. However they still appear as enabled users in CRM Dynamics. I need to free up these licenses for new employees. How do I do this?

    Hi,

    That's what I did. These users are left with only the Office 365 licence, but still they show up as enabled crm users in Dynamics and even though in the office 365 admin they appear to have only the office 365 license they do still keep the user licenses taken.
