Connect Activities with Goals

Hi.

I want to accomplish so i can connect activities with sales goals so i can set up goals against activitites. And at the end create a report to view this. I know how to create a activity report but my problem is that i cant find a way to connect this. 

Is there any solution on how to track salesperson with activities and see how their doing against their goals?

This is a report that displays a list of activitis per salesperson. But my goal is to also have the goals in their.

    You need to create some Goal records relating to activities for your users, then create a chart of goals (or use an existing one), rather than creating a chart of activities.

    For example, for each user you might have four goals for four activity types, each counitng open and closed activities (as in-progress and actual) then show a chart of all the goals per user, with "Goal name" (for example) as the secondary category, and the "actual" values as a sum, which should show a stacked chart of the four goal values.

    To make it easier to chart these goals different ways, filer them etc, you might consider adding a custom picklist to the Goal entity for "Goal type" and have options for each activity type or other things that you use goals to measure. Then you can easily include / exclude different types to produce different charts.

    But what i really want when i have created the chart/report and see the chart as in the image, i want to click on each activtity and then see a more detailed view on what that user have done. But you can only do that in a report but then i dont get what i want...

    Then i want to have it week by week so the salesmanager can see every user and every week in one chart/report and their the users goals is viewble.

    I have looked around but dont find anything useful. Just maybe that you can create custom reports via code.
