Sales order with prepayment gives Missing VAT posting group error when creating sales line

I am creating a sales order. when I enter a percentage in prepayment the system gives me error that VAT posting setup for the combination of VAT business posting group and VAT product posting group '' (blank) does not exist. and the item description is blank.

VAT product posting group for the for the selected item does exist.

If I change the prepayment % to 0, then the error disappears and correct item description appears in the description column.

Is this a Bug or am i missing something?

Hi, I just tested it and didn't encounter this problem. I think the problem is caused by settings or customization.

Please double-check whether the combination of posting groups on your order already exists in the settings.
