CRM not loading File menu in Spanish

Hi, 

I am trying to load DCRM  File menu in Spanish but it does not show all menu contents.  Some are blank and when I try in other browsers it is working fine. 

See below.

When i Click. then entire pages because blank /whte and I cannot see all menu contents.

This only happens with IE 11.  I have tried to change compatibility but still getting this issue. I have enabled all Active-X, applets and also tried to reduce security level
