Hi,
Currently working with a CRM 2015 On-Prem environment that is configured for Server-Side Synchronization (incoming and outgoing). The system has 250 active mailboxes and is connected to Exchange Server 2010 using an impersonation User.
In recent weeks after updating the version of 2015, incoming and outgoing email is drip feeding emails into and out of the System (close to 1 thousand emails are expected to be created per day in the system, and currently they are receiving closer to 50). Every night an Asynchronous Service restart is required at close of business. Doing so causes all Emails to flood into the system between roughly 6pm and midnight. Next day, no activity until another Async Restart. Some Emails send throughout the day, others get stuck with a state of Pending Send.
We have tried clearing down the AsyncOperationBase table / look for Trace Errors / re-enable mailboxes etc. to no avail. The only consistent Trace is a Warning that throws a security warning due to an issue with tokens. A fix has yet to be implemented into Live. We have multiple support Cases open with Microsoft but have yet to identify the issue.
Has anyone come across something like this before?
