I create an email template and try to send out from D365 CRM but an error occurred as below:
There are no log file to download.
Does anyone faced this issue can helps me?

I tried not to using email template and the same error occurred.
I using the link you provided and exactly the system treated Leadid as Accountid. I'm still checking on it to find out the reason
1. Check if there is any plug-ins or workflows triggering on create of email.
2. Try to send email directly from the same lead without using email template. This is to confirm if the problem is with email template only.
3. Try to access below two URLs and check which one is succeeded (replace your org address). If the account form opens, need to check how this account is related to the lead. If lead form opens, need to check why system treating leadid as accountid.

There're no logfile to download. I was switch the legacy form and tried to download but there're no message.
For the Account, I'm sending email from Lead, I haven't converted this Lead to Account. Dunno which Account system mentioned about :(

Can you click on 'Show Details' and try to capture more details or download log?
Also try to find out if the account id in the error message is of the account related to the lead you're sending email.
