Does anyone have a support or development contact that they are willing to share for Dynamics Online Payment Processing?
A month ago we opened an RMS support ticket and found that they did not know anything about this product or that is was available for RMS. They have done their best to get up to speed, but right now I think I know more about the product.
We have a ongoing issue that cc transactions at the POS go thru without error but are never seen at the processor. Any information would be helpful.
