email integration into CRM

I would like to set up outlook so I can integrate the calendar functions, reminders, etc. with CRM but I already used my company email in outlook.com. My CRM host said they can't port the email into regular outlook now. What do I need to do to fix this?

    Hello

    In order to have a full integration of CRM and Outlook, both emails, the one used in Outlook and the one used to access CRM must be the same.

    You might want to talk to your administrator to see if you are able to use regular outlook, and then install the CRM for Outlook extension.
