Hi, is there a flow I can create in Power Automate so that I receive an email whenever a case status changes? (example: from 'in progress' to 'on hold')

Hi,

It's possible with Flow, I've run it successfully.
I designed Flow to send me an email when a Case status is changed, with an email containing the time this Case was created, and the status code that was changed in the subject.

You can refer to my Flow.

Hi, thank you, but is there a way to see the status name in the email and not the value which is 3 in your example?

I want the user to be able to see "In Progress" or "On Hold" in the actual email.
