Merchant Credit/Debit card receipts

 Does anybody know how to suppress the printing of Merchant Credit/Debit card receipts in RMS v2?

    SO Manager - Database - Registers - Receipt Formats - select 40column receipt - Properties - Sales - Properties.

    Set the report definition flag "Show C.C. Signature" to False.

     That didn't make any difference the merchant receipt still printed.

    you could modify the receipt template and just remove the code that prints that part of the receipt, save and then import the new template into SO Manager.

    I don't want to print the Merchant part of the receipt at all. At present 2 receipts are printed, one for the customer and one for the till. We don't need the one from the till to be printed.

    The Show CC Signature flag controls whether the separate card receipt with signature line is printed.  If your register is configured to print a duplicate copy of each receipt, try changing your Receipt Count flag from 2 to 1.

    The flag is set to 1, and the Show CC Signature is set to false. It still prints 2 receipts.

    Then there is something messed up with your installation, since a new install using the sample database works with those settings.

    After you made the change did you close the store operations and then start it back up ?
