Temporary table data send to the ssrs report

Hi ,

I have created 1 form having the data source as a temporary table , this form contains two filters month and year based on these filters data filled in to temporary table those data shown in a grid .

What ever the data filled in a grid I want to shown in a report (SSRS Report ax 2012 ) , In normal reports it easy to show in a report but SSRS how to do this one .

Could you anyone guide to solve this issue.
