I have been working on the WebApps install on a server with Windows Server 2016. I had some issues with the Web Services but I was able to resolve them. However, when I try to install the Web Apps once I have entered the Application Pool information I get the following error:
An error occurred while attempting install ReportViewer. Some web pages will not load until it is properly installed.

Not sure if you have this resolved. I had the same issue and received this workaround from Microsoft support - you need to install the SQL 2012 clrtypes and then the reportviewer 2012.
Install the SQL 2012 clrtypes

expand Install Instructions
scroll down until you see this:
Microsoft® System CLR Types for Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012
Install the correct version – probably the x86 version
Then install the reportviewer.msi from this link.
