Correcting Unit Price in job planning lines

WBS and resource categories and associates were all mapped. We believe the issue may have been a timing issue with timesheet posting and completing the whole job setup. We have hours that do not have a unit price for a specific time period and we need to correct the unit price for that time period. how do we do this correctly? i reviewed the manual and do not see this as a process.

    Carib,

You can edit the Unit Price on the Planning Line or Lines as long as the Billable Planning Line hasn’t been billed, independent from whether actuals have been posted or not.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Yes, the customer has been invoiced The job is not completed at this time. Yes, timesheets have been posted and they were /are missing the unit price.

    Carib,

A few questions... Have you Invoiced the Customer for the Job? Has the Job been finished? I see you posted Timesheets for Resources and they are missing the Unit Price from the Planning Line, yes?

    Thanks,

    Steve
