Send Email with Multiple Addresses Failing

We are having problems sending emails from BC when there is more than one address in the To or CC field. When trying to send it either fails or blanks out the field with more than one recipient.

We are currently experiencing this problem only in our production environment, which is on version 15.0.36560.0. In our sandbox (v. 15.2.39060.0) this seems to work fine. 

Is this a known issue that will be fixed in an upcoming release?

    setup a test environment with same version and config as prod. env.

    then try again to get a better comparison.

    you could debug to find the error.

    Your partner make support request at thier csp parnter, and my a add, if they dont know of this, perhaps its not the rigth partner for you.

    And the,update migth not yet be progreesed if you have some incompatible extension. They have to be fixed before MS can procced to upgrade.

    You should also have got some mails from MS regrading upgrade process.
