Can I Get a Weekly Work Calendar Based on the Fiscal Calendar?

I need a weekly calendar to be in synch with the fiscal calendar with week 1 starting November 1st. In creating a new weekly calendar that 1st is always calendar year. Is there a way to get the weekly calendar in synch with fiscal without running a secondary job to update? My workaround was to update the Name field in the WorkCalendarDate table. This calendar will be used for reporting purposes only.
