When downloading a report to excel, all of my non-printed rows are downloading as hidden rows. How do I make the download exclude the non-printed rows?

I have not seen this before. What MR rollup are you using?

I am brand new to using Management Reporter. We just switched from FRx. Can you tell me where to look for the answer to your question? I did uncheck a box that said include detail for non-printed rows. The hidden rows still show in excel.
Take a look at the Help >> About Management Reporter window; this should have the version number on it.
The version number is 2.1.10001.112
