I signed up for the D365 for Talent test suite, which should give me a CDS environment. However, this last one I can't find. Could you check please?

We helped Tom offline and got him a new environment that was linked to CDS. The existing environment was provisioned prior to the time when we were linking them together.
What was the process to get a new environment. We have one that is linked to my account and organization. Need to be looking at the CDS and Powerapps so likely need a new one.

The Talent environments have been automatically linked to a CDS / PowerApps environment for some time (late summer 2017). Are you seeing a situation where this is not the case? If so, I can work with you offline to determine the root issue.
I am not sure exactly when I spun this up but it may have been before that. I would expect that I should see a connector for talent in powerapps and I do not similar to my connectors for365 Finance and Operations or 365 for Sales and whatnot. If that is the case an I am not seeing it some help would be great.
This also may be because the environment wasn't spun up via LCS? I don't seem to have that option for talent when I create a new project?
