Hi Folks

Due to Covid, our sales are down and we would like to shorten our hours of operations.

Does anybody have a report that shows sales and transactions per hour, to help us make this decision? Looking into maybe making a pivot table in excel from a csv download - any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi Danny,

Please try the attached.

This should let you group by Time; and show the total number of transactions in that time period:

This is around 5 weeks from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date, but technical support will not be available.

I would recommend checking with your partner regarding what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.
