Action Process failed because dependency of plugin as key not found Error and No Trace log found on for Plugin and Action , Plugin-in Trace logs Entity .

Hi pillanagrovi sainath,
Check that the workflow is not retrieving an attribute that does not exist and that is not retrieving an attribute with a null value.
Try to debug the plugin/cwa using profiler and identify which line of code is throwing this exception.
You should have null check before accessing any attribute from entity collection or use GetAttributeValue to get default values.
Feel free to share the code which may be breaking per your assumption.
