Error when starting production order

Hello All,

I'm using Dynamics 365 FO,

When I'm starting a production order, I'm getting the below error message,

"Quantity 0.00 cannot be updated with inventory reference Prod. picking list journal because inventory transactions with status On order, Reserved ordered, Reserved physical or Picked are insufficient."

Anyone face this this before
