Unit conversion does not exist

Hi guys,

This item has unit conversion PLT and EA, unit sequence group PLT - EA and Inventory Unit/Sales Unit = EA as well

When we release to load, why did customer ask for unit conversion OCTN and EA?

    Hi ETT,

    Please help to check you may define container type based on location stocking limit.   If not, please use trace parser to check when the conversion may happen and then determine the cause. Thank you.

    It sounds as if an Ocean Container to EA conversion is missing.

    Units and unit conversions are setup in the Organization Admin module in the setup section under the units node.
