Question Is Dynamics GP 10.0 compatible with AD2012 Native mode or will be there be authentication issues etc..??

If you are asking can GP use AD for login credentials, the answer is no. It uses SQL authentication. Add-on's such as Management Reporter do use AD.

I should of been more specfic does managment reporter and webconnecter work with ad 2012 we are upgrading from ad 2003 to 2012 and want to be sure no issues
I can't answer the web connector part, but MR does use AD. BUT, your question also included GP10. MR is not supported with GP10. You may want to consider moving to GP2013 as part of this move.
I've never tried, but I have never had a program or application rely on a specific version of AD; most have no idea and don't care what version you're running
