Hi Community,

I was looking at this video, and I saw this instructor uses %4 and %2 for recurring Journal which allows Navision to change the name of the month with every posting.

I was wondering what other codes are there for us to use?

Can I have the list?

%1 – The current day number

%2 – The current week number

%3 – The current month number

%4 – The current month name

%5 – The current accounting period name

Josh,

For Recurring Journals, the Document No. have the ability to be filled in with a formula.

Document No.: Simple text can be combined with the following text codes to form a number

series:

• %1 - The current day number

• %2 - The current week number

• %3 - The current month number

• %4 - The current month name

• %5 - The current accounting period name
