All jobs, Production floor execution

Hello all,
I am having the following issue:
The jobs disappear from my overview (all jobs, manufacturing execution) when reporting a quantity as finished.

I have two jobs per production order: Setup & process. When reporting a qty as finished (not the entire quantity but a part), both jobs disappear from the manufacturing execution screen. This is not necessary because the remaining quantity is not yet zero.

I see that the status of the Setup Job goes to “completed”. This also seems logical to me because the link type is 'hard'.   When I manually reset this to 'stopped' (via Revert completed status for a job), both jobs appear neatly again in the manufacturing execution screen.
So it seems that the job status of the setup job ensures (when it is completed) that both jobs (setup and process) no longer appear in the manufacturing execution screen.

I'm very curious as to which setting I should use to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
I have the same question (1)
