Opportunities not appearing on Categorized Search

Hi Guys,

I have categorized search in place on my CRM Dynamics online.

Since the recent upgrade to 9.0 some of systems opportunities no longer appear on the search. Take the screenshot below, Andrew Doyle is the name of the company, it has an opportunity called "Andrew test" attached to the account. The opportunity does not appear on the search however.

I have looked into the various settings etc and they do appear to have opportunities tagged as a searchable entity with "opportunity name" as a searchable tag also.

Have any of ye come across opps not appearing in this way or what I can do to correct this?

    Hi,

    Ensure that Opportunity is added in the list of Search entities. Also check the Opportunity quick find view has the opportunity name field checked.

    Hi Ravi,

    I have completed these steps and chekced that Opportunities is part of the search which it is.I have also checked that the quick find view has the opportunity name tagged which it does. What else could be causing this? I have noticed that some opps appear but the majority opps do not appear. Is there another setting that needs to be checked do you know? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry for all of the emails, i have continued testing, it seems that the search finds only closed opportunities and not open opportunities. Is there a setting that allows for all opps to be searched on I wonder?

    Hi,

    Check in the Quick Find view if you have set up an filter criteria.
