Just a friendly note to anyone who is considering the upgrade.
For the standard / web experience:
You need to clear each user's browser cache for the web experience, so regardless of the browser you are using (IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, ...)
For the new lightweight Dynamics 365 app for outlook:
You need to clear each user's Edge cache
For the legacy Dynamics client add-in for outlook:
You need to clear each user's IE cache
What happens if you don't? Any form will open up blank.
