1099-NEC for AX 2012 R2

Will there be a 1099-NEC hotfix released for AX 2012 R2? I only see updates for D365FO and AX 2012 R3. I know that R2 is out of mainstream support but asking on behalf of a client.

    Hi khee,

    My understanding from this site here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../mainstream-support-ax-2009-2012

    ... is that there won't be any regulatory updates for R2 available anymore, meaning you would possibly have to do things yourself e.g. by checking what became available for R3 and downgrading it.
