Hi,
Is there any way to hide the Save button from the Duplicates Detected Pop Up that shows when we create a Duplicate Detection rule in Dynamics CRM?
If so, Please advise the step by by step to achieve that.

Unfortunately you can not customize duplicate detection popup , its by design .
You may implement duplicate detection logic in a plugins and throw some exception when saving record with duplicate ,which might help you as an alternate way to restrict save duplicate entity record from the popup.

I don't think that there is any supported way to do this.
There are possibly unsupported ways since you are using CRM On-Premise, but have not come across any.
