D365 Finance - Tracing custom service timeout exception

 Hi all,
 
We have created a custom service which integrates with third party application via Logic app synchronously. 
This is working fine, but in some rare scenarios we receive time out response from D365.
We have extended the timeout in logic app but it is not resolved.
Question : is there a way to trace the code which cause this issue?
