Linking to other modules in the nav bar

Hi all

We use Dynamics 365 CE here mainly for sales, and we want to shoe-horn some account management functions in to it using the service module; such as reoccurring AM meetings, regular strategy sessions etc.

Given that we also use the Marketing module too, there's a lot of flicking back and forth between modules.

So, is it possible to create one NavBar on the left side (or anywhere) that includes all the links that a user would need, across any/all modules ? I seem to recall that you can add sections to the navbar. Can you just create a link to any other URL in the navbar?

Hi,

Thank you for you query.

You can edit the Sitemap of your Dynamics 365 App.

Open the app you are using (e.g. Dynamics 365 Sales Hub) in designer mode and edit the sitemap.

You can add new Areas and Sub Areas and point this to URL:
