    Check your discovery service

    http://<Server name>/XrmServices/2011/Discovery.svc

Go into settings -> customization -> developer resources, and click on the discover URL. Then click to start a service

if that service is not returning anything you can try recycle IIS

    Hi,

This could be a proxy setting issue. Check your proxy settings and add your host in accepted host directory.

Please let me know if you find anything special.

Make sure you can access CRM on port 5555 and that the port is not blocked on the firewall. Also check that user you are logged in as has got access to CRM.

    Hi OMGCRM..

    This error:

"There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamic CRM server. The Server might be Unavailable. try again later".

First of all, make sure that your server address URL is correct, you should ensure with the deployment managers --> properties --> Web Adresses

There are many reasons and solutions

Basically there are 2 requirements (see number 1 and 2) that are required and recommended.

    1. You implemented IFD in your onpremise

    2. You didn't implement IFD it's okay, but you need to login to PC that run CRM for Outlook with the user that join domain not your own user, so let's say you are using username domainname/omgcrm

Then your PC login should use this joined domain account, not your private user for example omgcrm-pc.

    3. This can be worked if you did not have both requirements, your CRM server didn't implement IFD and your Windows PC User is private user not the joined domain account.

For many users it can work and I tried before because the users don't want to use joined domain account.

    And Hope this helps!

    Thanks.
