I am Encrypting web.config section using aspnet_regiis in CRM Portal. because of this my web portal is throwing below error. Unhandled exception at line 572, column 3 inhttp://localhost/js/jquery.blockUI.js 0x800a1391 - JavaScript runtime error: 'jQuery' is undefined

and even UI design get scrambled.

but if i remove this encryption, my web portal works fine.
