Error Open On-Hand Inventory - Inventory Management

Dear All,

anyone know any class/server method I should add for this case below ?

because when I opn on hand inventory at Inventory Management module, infolog showed message 'You are not authorized to access table ‘Criteria’ (TmpSysQuery). Contact your system administrator'

    Hi,

    Please check whether your user role has access to the following security privilege/duty.

    Security Privilege Name: InventOnhandItemView

    Label: View on-hand inventory per item

    (or)

    Security duty Name: InventStatusInquire

    Label: Inquire into inventory status

    I had added 2 point above, but still problem.

    Hi benjamin,

    As Chaitanya mentioned above, check your security roles.

    For above error message  I would suggest you to add "System user" role or "Information technology manager", or try to add duty  "SysServerAXBasicMaintain" , "SysServerSettingsMaintain" , privilege "SysQueryFormMaintain"

    thank you for your suggestion,

    as I mentined above, I had added those priviledge and duty above but still problem.

    let me try your suggestion about '"SysServerAXBasicMaintain" , "SysServerSettingsMaintain" , privilege "SysQueryFormMaintain"'

    cause I not found them yet.

    found it : Duty Name -> Use basic functionality
