Is it possible to restrict data access to related records despite ownership of Account or Contact?
We have an issue, where user A from Business Unit JKT still can view user B's case record (user B is from Business Unit SBY) because user A is the owner of Account used to create a case by user B.
We have already set a security role for entity case on Business Unit Level for Read-Privilege.v
