How does system auto adjust tax amount when post Statement?

Hi All,

I checked some SO invoice after posted Statement and found that the tax amount has been adjusted, I checked on sales tax setup but didn't found which setup affect that adjust tax amount.

Can anyone here let me know why I got those adjust tax value from posted Statement in Retail?

    Hi,

    How did you find that the tax amount has been adjusted?

    I cannot see this from the previous screenprint?

    Is it possible that somebody simply changed the actual sales tax amount?

    Would be great if you could provide us more information.

    hi Ludwig,

    From screen shot you can see Calculated tax amount is difference Actual Tax amount

    This transaction from Posted Statement in Retail module so user couldn't edit by manual like SO invoice. I don't know why those tax value has been changed.
