Dynamics 365 Relationship Insights - Not configured

(0) ShareShare

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

I'm having some trouble getting relationship assistant to configure

I've gone to settings->administration->system setting-> previews

turned on Enable Organization Insights Preview

turned on Enable Auto capture

turned on Enable relationship assistant

turned on email engagement

Then gone to settings -> relationship insights -> install

When I go to the Dynamics 365 administration center I see the below. It still says Dynamics365 relationship insight is not configured.

Please help!

    Just a note for others: If you can manage to delete the Relationship Insights solution from the Solutions list inside Dynamics 365, then reinstall the solution through your Dynamics 365 Administration Center's Applications tab, then it seems like it installs properly and can be configured.

    Has worked for me on the one site I've tried it, anyway.

    I'm seeing the same thing on new instances, unfortunately. Looks like it's a bug that's preventing it installing running properly in new instances. Hopefully Microsoft fixes it soon. Makes it hard to show the value of AI integration when there's a bug preventing it being installed and configured properly.

    I also get this error. Despite accepting all conditions, Relationship Insights is NotConfigured and when I click on Manage, it tells me the current version is already installed

    Same exact problem here. Although today I thought it was fixed, since I saw something new, the screen below:

    But still not working.

    If someone finds a solution, I'm all ears

    Count me as one that is also seeing this issue. No matter I cannot configure Relationship Insights. Once I get the disclaimer and can select the instance I get a message the solution is already installed. Problem is when in D365 Admin Center it says NotConfigured.

    It is partially installed as I do see the Assitant in detail forms and dashboard. I haven't seen any actual cards and the email insights is not working at all, even though I did enable it and it shows up as a solution in CRM.

    That is the required setting. Nothing special you need to do. If still not working then better raise a service ticket with MS

    Hi,

    @Syed Hanifa

    My Thread in the community with screen shots : community.dynamics.com/.../264693

    Even after enabling the preview, the Relationship Insights is not showing up in the menu.

    Is there any other settings am I missing?

    regards,

    Hi Sing,

    Both Are two different purposes.

    Org Insight: To Know the more about your organization status and data like Total Active Users,Total API Calls,API Success Rate,Plug-in Executions etc.

    @Syed Hanifa - Is Organization Insight and Relationship insights are one and the same? I too face the same problem.

    I couldn't locate the Settings> Relationship insights in my D365.

    For me also the same .It doesn't mean it is not configured .  Go to dashboard and you can look for the Relationship insight Dashboard.
