Dynamic 2013 Integration to T24

Hi,

I am an experienced .net developer but a new bee to dynamics CRM development. We have just recently deployed dynamics CRM in my bank for use with our contact center solution and have been charged with integrating it with our banking application (t24).

I have been able to write an app that fetches customer data from T24 and can create, update, delete same on dynamics CRM accordingly.

There are some data that are very dynamic e.g (Account Balance, last 5 transactions) and I have exposed a service (WSDL) on T24 to retrieve them. However I do not have an idea on how invoke (consume) this service from within dynamics CRM such that data returned from the service call is displayed on the customer contact form when a customer calls in or from a button click from forms within dynamics CRM
