How to exclude particular dimension in MR reports using GP2013

Hi All,

I'm getting problem in Trial Balance report in MR.

Actually We have below dimension in GP AA.

Account group,Account category,Account number,activity,department,location,order no

 

I need to exclude order no dimension in Trail balance report which showing in TB report but unable to find any solution to do this.

    Danish,

    Go to column and add filter dimension to exclude order no add negative symbol.

    I did below changes as per your suggestion but no data populate after subject changes.

    Hi, Please add all other dimensions with the plus symbol and you can remove the dimensions you want to exclude and try again.

    Actually I don't want to exclude any dimension.I Just want to summarize my entry like below

    Currently I'm getting data like this:

    Account                              Debit                Credit

    5-01-04-C-E-K-00010       100

    5-01-04-C-E-K-00020       200

    5-01-04-C-E-K-00030       100

    But I need data like this in report and not require row repetition on my last dimension(bold)

    Account                              Debit                Credit

    5-01-04-C-E-K                   400
