Workflow Approve vs Reject Security Permissions

Hello

on PO Workflow, a user is able to Approve the workflow. But if the user selects Rejects or Requests to change, we receive the following security error.

Any idea as to how we can find the correct duties/privileges/roles for Rejecting/Requesting to change security?

Hi Joy,

The standard privilege 'Approve purchase orders' gives access to the actions for approval, rejection, change request and delegation. The duties 'Approve purchase order' and 'Maintain purchase orders' has this privilege embedded.
