Quick question. Is that any out of the box security roles I can provision for sales managers to have access to customize Sales Accelerator to a certain extent? Like adding in their own sequences.

As stated previously on this thread, on Predefined security roles for Sales (Dynamics 365 Sales) | Microsoft Docs you have the documentation. There's a "Sequence Manager" out of the box security role that is intended for that purpose.
