VOIP call a number from CRM, but need to hide the number in crm as a call centre will be making the call

Hi.

I have a requirement from a client where by they want to make a VOIP call from CRM, but they need to hide the number that is being called in crm as a call centre will be making the calls.

Can anyone make a suggestion on how i can achieve this and a recommended VoiP system.
