Can MS Dynamics be placed in an iframe

Hello,

I'm trying to know if MS Dynamics can be included into firstcallonline iFrame. We would like to integrate within a call center desktop MS Dynamics, and this would require that we can place MS Dynamics into an iframe. I have done a search, but I can only seem to find iframes within MS dynamics but not the other way around. In addition, MS Dynamics does not seem to provide developer accounts to test for free.

If anyone knows the answer I would really appreciate.

The designs you choose for the form are also used for the Dynamics 365 for Outlook reading pane and forms used by Dynamics 365 for tablets. Web resources and IFRAMEs aren’t displayed using the Dynamics 365 for Outlook reading pane, however, they are supported in Dynamics 365 for tablets. If your IFRAME depends on access to the Xrm object of the page or any form event handlers, you should configure the IFRAME so that it's not visible by default.

IFRAMEing content that is behind an authentication boundary is not supported through web resources or Power Apps component framework. Some embedded IFRAMEs might work in a browser client if the user directly logs into the external service, but this is not supported in mobile or tablet applications. myaarpmedicare The specific scenario of embedding an entity form within an IFRAME, embedded in another entity form, is not supported.

Web resources and IFRAMEs aren't displayed using the Dynamics 365 for Outlook reading pane, however, they are supported in Dynamics 365 for tablets. ... The specific scenario of embedding an entity form within an IFRAME, AARP Medicare embedded in another entity form, is not supported.
