Export Purchase Order to Excel 2013

I am having a strange issue at one of our locations when exporting a PO to Excel 2013 or Word 2013. The file is generated but it is completely empty (1 KB in size). Exporting to email works properly.   I have implemented the following registry fix to suppress warnings about file formats. This has worked at our other locations with no issues.

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Excel\Security
Value: (DWORD)"ExtensionHardening" = 0

[0 = Disable check; 1 = Enable check and prompt; 2 = Enable check, no prompt deny open]

So far I have run a full online repair of Office 2013 and run a repair on RMS.

RMS version is 2.0.0166

Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Craig

To expand further on this. I have over 30 stores running Win7 Pro 64 bit and Office Home and Business 2013 (32 bit). RMS version is 2.0.0166. They have no problems exporting Reports/Purchase Orders/Transfers to Excel, Word, or Outlook.

I now have 2 live stores and 1 lab "server" that are unable to export Purchase Orders to Excel/Word.  They are, however, able to export reports to Excel.

I have tried most of the fixes presented in the forum. I've completely unistalled and reinstalled RMS and Office on my lab PC. UAC is disabled (confirmed in registry).

I have just sat here and compared as much as I could with a live store server that is working properly and I cannot find anything different.

Anybody have any insight or thoughts?  This is seriously starting to affect our stores who do direct exports from Purchase Orders to suppliers.

    Regards,

    Craig

This has been resolved.  The MS XML Parser 4.0 SP3 was missing from these particular installs. Turns out the new image I created and was using was somehow missing this program.  Would like to say a thanks to Butch from Microsoft for being the second set of eyes on this.  Hopefully this helps someone else in the future.

    Cheers,

    Craig
