There is a report when the Mandatory Arrears is run. I am not aware of any report when Arrears are created by Payroll. If you have access to anyone that does reporting off of a SQL database there are two tables that are relevant. APR_DIA20100 which is like a header for each arrears created. APR_DIA20101 is individual transactions. APR_DIA40200 defines the transaction codes.
